Home Valuation & Market Analysis

Here is how it works...

Step 1 - Simply tell us about your home on the form below. (Note: The parts with a red * are required. Don't forget to click SUBMIT once you are finished.)

Step 2 -

- If you select the AVM option, then you will be emailed a detailed valuation report on your property.

- If you select the in-person Market Analysis option, an experienced real estate professional will email you to arrange a time to view the property in-person.

Don’t settle for less because you hired an amateur. You need a professional multi-media marketing program featuring beautiful print marketing plus extensive exposure on top real estate websites. THAT’s how to get the best price with the least hassle! Call an experienced professional when you are ready to sell.

What's your home really worth? Good question. This website gives you two options;

Option 1. AVM- If you are just curious (not planning on selling) then simply request a “automated valuation model” — AVM for short — that gives a computer generated estimate of the current market value of your home. This option is quick and easy. However...

Option 2. Market Analysis - If you are actually thinking about selling your home, then you NEED an experienced real estate professional to see the home in-person. AVM's sound cool, but no computer program can accurately assess the value of your home. A local professional needs to see the property in-person. For a in-person professional Market Analysis on your home, simply check the Market Analysis option below.

There is no cost or obligation for either option.
